Experience with the preparation of witness written and oral testimony, including interviewing witnesses and drafting witness statements. Knowledge of regulatory authorities in Latin America. Experience selecting and working closely with local counsel in foreign jurisdictions in arbitration proceedings that are governed by foreign laws. Knowledge of international arbitration proceedings carried out under the rules of major international institutions, including the International Chamber of Commerce ICC and International Center for the Settlement of Investment Disputes ICSID. Experience in investorstate arbitration proceedings. Experience in energy disputes, particularly in the Latin American region.
