特殊技能:Responsible for the daily support, maintenance, optimization, and enhancement of the companys HR Information System Workday in addition to other systems supported by the HRIS team. Partner with internal and external business stakeholders to increase business efficiency and automate business processes through various HR technology. Implement new system functionality and enhancements to accomplish cross functional business objectives. Provide ongoing support for existing functionality, systems and processes to the HR team and end users using excellent customer service to troubleshoot and resolve issues. Work closely with leadership, business partners and operations teams to gather and define requirements, design and implement solutions, and ensure end user adoption across multiple functional areas in Workday HCM, Benefits, Time Absence, etc. Continually identify areas of opportunity for process enhancements across systems, both Workday and satellite tools ATS, LMS, survey tools, etc. Partner with internal and external stakeholders to create, edit and prepare reports, analytics and dashboards. Troubleshoot and resolve integration errors as needed. Train internal HR teams and end users by creating training materials and hosting live training sessions.
