Position requires 5 years of experience in each of the followingbr br 1. Linking technical product specifications and industry standards and commercial considerations quotationscontracts, warranty claims, and variation orders, including PL budgetary responsibility, with customers and internal drivers to provide optimized solutions and outcomes;br 2. Leading client engagements executing Projects andor Service contracts ensuring financial control of revenue, cost, margin and schedule targets;br 3. Leading client satisfaction process customer feedback surveys, and developing plans to address any issues related to client satisfaction and shared learnings;br 4. Identifying potential execution trends and subsequently proposing new business strategies;br 5. Demonstrating leadership in the continuous improvement of processes, procedures and outcomes associated with Projects andor Services activities;br 6. Utilizing umbilical systems, topside and subsea control systems, and distribution equipment within the Subsea oil gas service industry; andbr 7. Influencing and directing people without direct line management responsibility in a matrix organization.
