Background using at least one analytical and programming tool e.g. Stata, Matlab, GAMS, Tableau, Excel Macros. Background presenting and delivering technical solutions for the utility andor energy industry to technical and nontechnical audiences. Background educating and interacting with customers in the energy andor utility industry on new product features. Background gathering and understanding technical and businessrelated customer requirements, and designing solutions to fit business needs. Background building business cases in the energy industry for datadriven decision making e.g. business modeling for new technology investments and expected return, project economic analysis, financial modeling and analysis. Background driving projects through various stages of a salescommercial cycle, through to completion. Background working with third parties e.g. vendors, technology partners on delivering joint technical and commercial solutions that deliver business value to customers. Background delivering pricing analysis for hardware, software, or services products. Experience above must include 2 years documenting technical specifications or requirements in Requests for Proposals RFPs andor product requirements documents. Background conducting research on technology products, competitors, andor technical processes. Experience above must include 3 years communicating project information to various levels of an organization, including senior management and Csuite team members. Knowledge of testing computer systems and maintenance of demo environments.br br None of these skills can be acquired in a reasonable period of onthejob training.
