Resolve customer issues such as BIM 360 project access, Revit cloud worksharing models access, error messages in construction management software such as BIM 360 which includes Field, Docs, Glue, Next Gen modules Field Management, Project management, Model Coordination, Design Collaboration, Desktop Connector, etc.br 5. Investigate, validate, and document product issues and provide technical solutions in the form of concise, easytounderstand articles in the knowledge base and internal case management system.br 6. Manage customer relationships by providing them best solutions in timely manner. For example analyzing construction software requirements and providing them best suited workflows. Or analyze issue and provide appropriate steps to resolve.
