Experience must include 24 months involving the following 1. Building and shipping applications or software at the level of whole features or products across a variety of platforms; 2. Interaction design, including defining how an experience should behave based on understanding peoples needs; 3. Prototyping; 4. Visual design, including typography, desktop or mobile user interface, color, layout, and iconography; 5. Understanding product goals, identifying opportunities, and making decisions based on the impact to internal and external users; 6. Creating user flow and mockups to articulate design concepts; 7.Defining product specifications and user experiences; 8. Understanding and interpreting user research and usability testing; and 9. Conducting end to end design process across multiple projects including interaction and visual design artifacts and highfidelity prototypes.
