Specific Skills Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or related degree, plus three years related experience. Must have three years engineering experience for overhead and underground distribution systems, including field inspection, design drafting, material ordering, permit application, easement purchase, utility coordination and construction support. Must have experience as quality checkerquality assurance. Must have experience coordinating with Civil discipline for permitting applications. Must have experience with distribution design drafting tools including GIS, and AutoCAD. Must have experience in providing training for entrylevel and junior engineers. Must have experience providing engineering estimate for project bidding. Must have experience working with National Electric Safety Code Standards. Must have experience performing pole loading analysis and line sag analysis using PoleForeman, and SagLine, or equivalent software. Must have experience performing and QA checking design calculations including voltage drop, ampacity sizing and cable pulling tension. Must have good written and verbal communications skills in English. National travel required up to 20. All applicants must be able to complete preemployment onboarding requirements if selected, which may include anyall of the following criminalcivil background check, drug screening, and motor vehicle records search, in compliance with any applicable laws and regulations.
