特殊技能:Masters degree in Industrial Engineering, Quality, Business or related field. Coursework must involve Lean Six Sigma process improvement and engineering principles. In lieu of a Masters degree, employer will accept a Bachelors degree plus two 2 years of experience in the job offered or related occupation involving applying process improvement and engineering principles in a complex and dynamic environment. Lean Six Sigma certification required. Willingness to travel to other hospital locations in Western, MA as needed, required.
