特殊技能:Requires a Masters degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related field and 3 years of experience as a Financial Planning Analysis Sr Manager, Product Control Sr Manager, Business PlanningManagement Analyst, Sr Analyst or related position involving transformation projects for the financial services industry. Alternatively, will accept a Bachelors degree in the stated fields and 5 years of the specified experience. Full term of experience must include coordinating, overseeing, and monitoring transformation projects and programs in a global setting and in a matrix organizational structure within the financial services industry; Implementing and executing project plans and providing analytical support to validate business decisions using knowledge of TTS products and processes; Collaborating with multiple stakeholders across an organization both virtually and in person, including Business, Technology, Finance, Risk, Internal Audit, Compliance, and Treasury; Identifying issues and challenges faced by an incountry team in the management of transformation programs where the execution of deployment occurs internationally; Cost accruals, amortization capitalization, client allocations, chargeouts, and recoveries across multiple geographic jurisdictions; Coordinating, overseeing, and monitoring business transformation projects and programs within the FinTech Space; Analyzing and developing strategies tailored to client and business partner needs; and Developing and implementing internal business and clientfacing analytics and analyzingcollating dataMIS from multiple sources into comprehensive program dashboards to drive effective business decisions.
