This was earned prior to the sponsored foreign workers date of hire by the employerapplicant see K.a.6, this form, reflecting 02112019 for start date, i.e., after the individual had and was done with her Masters. In addition, the person has a relevant and related undergraduate degree in economics from Nanjing University. This was foreignsourced, completed in China in 2014 also well before the person joined the employerapplicant. Equivalency evaluation has determined the Bachelorslevel credential is the same as a U.S. Bachelors in economics. Worker thus possesses both Bachelors and Masters Degrees sufficient to meet the employerapplicants educational reqt stated above and fulfilled either of two separate ways, as noted. Educational programs, moreover, can also be used to satisfy the employers knowledge and proficiency reqts for the subject position likewise stated and set forth above. Specifically, the workers Masterslevel operations research program again, completed prior to her date of hire by the employerapplicant, it provided the knowledge and proficiency the position requires.
