Crowley has offices and port facilities in major ports and cities around the world. In addition to offices in Puerto Rico, Crowley has offices in Spanish speaking countries such as Costa Rica, Venezuela, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, Panama. With HQ in Jacksonville, FL, Crowley deals with a large group of employees, clientscustomers and suppliers located in Florida, a state with a large Spanish speaking population, in the Spanish speaking Commonwealth of Puerto Rico as well as in Central America. As such, Crowley seeks a qualified Corporate Trainer who must have the ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing in English and Spanish in order to be responsible for all content development and communication for internal and external stakeholders, and who will translate, create, manage, maintain and deliver bilingual SpanishEnglish training programs including, but not limited to, Standard Operational Procedures, user guides, IT system programs, slide decks and PowerPoint presentations, training videos and jobaids. Inperson and virtual class delivery is required in Spanish to a diverse Spanishspeaking audience, including external customers, drivers, dispatchers, internal staff, and management who are located within the continental United States, Puerto Rico and Central America.br br In sum, the Corporate Trainer spends approximately 50 of hisher work week communicating with internal and external stakeholders in Spanish.
