特殊技能:Masters Degree in Merchandising or closely related field, plus 1 year of experience in the position offered or as a Sales Merchandiser for global fashion and luxury goods brandbr All required experience must have included building and implementing short and longterm sales merchandising strategies for the brand; forecasting distinctive visionneeds per market to anticipate customer behavior and fashion trends in each local market; working across multiple retail channels brickandmortar, ecommerce, and omnichannel; managing store opening, relocation, and closure, on both operational and strategical sides; building and understanding analysis tools using advanced Excel functions, formulas, macros, vlookups, pivots; using knowledge of retail inventory and financial measuresKPI Sellthrough, weeks of supplycoverage, inventory turn, mark downs, mark ups, OTB, OTS, etc. to manipulate and interpret retail KPIs UPT, SPT, cross selling, conversion rate, recruitment rate, retention rate, frequency, etc.; remain abreast of the competitive landscape and trends; knowledge of the highest luxury segment in mens fashion industry, including readytowear, shoes, leather goods, and bespoke craftsmanship in bootmaking outsole constructions, sole typologies, tanning processes, and leather specificities and clothesmaking tailoring and garment confection, fabrics typologies, features, benefits, care instructions and possible alterations; liaising with and training local retail teams across the market; communicating and presenting analyses and reports to executive committee; and managing and developing a direct report.br br Approximately 40 domestic and international travel required.
