Specific Skills Must have a Bachelor of Science Degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering and five 5 years of experience in manufacturing automotive electronic control units for transmissions; interfacing with customers and supporting new launch products; and working with SMD Surface Mounting Devices, Backend, and Plastic Mechatronic lines. Must have three 3 years of experience in the manufacturing process using ovens, coating dispensers, Pin Stitching, Press Fit, HFT, ICT, Pin Checkers, and PMT. Must have two 2 years of experience using A3 and 8D problem solving tools; working with engineering and supporting requirements to coordinate and realize launch objectives, including MSA Measurement System Analysis, SPC Statistical Process Control, PPAP Production Part Approval Process, APQP Advance Product Quality Planning, and SOP Start of Production; using Comtool, process manufacturing flow, drawing interpretation, and plastic mechatronic mold injections to perform quoting activities; and planning and implementing capital improvement projects.
