Requirements as stated on Form ETA 9141 Requires a Bachelors degree in Electronic Engineering, Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Engineering Management, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields with a concentration in operations or analytics, plus the following experience 6 years of experience in implementing supply chain planning solutions; 9 years of experience presenting on complex topics in a clear, concise, and easily understood manner; 6 years of experience with planning systems and exposure to ERP tools; 4 years of experience leading a team through the full lifecycle of a supply chain planning solution implementation including business requirement gathering, solution design and development, UATSIT, golivecutover, and value realization; and 2 years of experience using agile methodology to deliver large scale enterprise implementations. Work from home available. Must reside in the United States. Requires at least 30 travel to domestic and international customer worksite locations. Experience may be gained concurrently. H.11 Coursework for Bachelors degree in the above fields of study includes classes in mathematical modeling, optimization techniques, statistics, analytics and operations, and application of Artificial Intelligence and machine learning to optimize planning ops which are a prerequisite for the effective performance of the responsibilities of the role. The education req. ensures that the beneficiary has the right skills to analyze business operations and supply chain planning processes, understand the pain points and help optimize business performance. In addition, skills related to problem analysis and communication are acquired. Clear mapping of business reqs. in supply chain planning to the o9 platform solution is a key responsibility of this role, which requires an established ability to understand business ops. supply chain planning the fundamentals of these include forecasting and inventory planning, which are taught in classes to students in the Bachelorslevel program described above. The position req. nine 9 years of exp. presenting on complex topics in a clear, concise, easily understood manner because planning systems are often complex optimization solutions which require deep understanding of business processes and ability to articulate it in simple form to get all alignment from all business stakeholders.
