In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology Management, Computer Engineering, Computer Applications, or related discipline, and 5 years of relevant experience, including testing, development, and design. Demonstrated experience with building, executing, and maintaining automated tests using coding languages to include at least one of the following JavaScript, C#, SQL, J2EE, Java, ASP, VBScript, Shell Scripting, REST, SOAP, or .net. Must have experience with writing scripts including Selenium scripts, Appium, or experience with other automation frameworks with integration with TFS or comparable repository. Must have experience in testing web services via SOAP and REST, using the opensource testing tool SOAPUI and POSTMAN. Experience is required in Agile Testing models, Continuous Integration, Delivery, Deployment, and testing processes using tools like Confluence, GitHub or Jenkins. Experience must include performance testing using tools including Apache JMeter, Fiddler, or Splunk. Must have experience with software development teamwork tracking and documentation tools similar to Pivotal, JIRA or Confluence. Experience with validating, troubleshooting, identifying, and reporting issues is required. Experience with SQL databases MSSQL, MySQL, or similar database proficiency. Must have experience with testing types including manual testing, automation testing, regression and negative testing, progression, UI compatibility testing, data interface and migration testing, performanceloadstress testing, integrated system testing, and black and white box testing. Experience working with version management tools like Apache Subversion or Git. Can work from anywhere in the U.S. with occasional travel required.
