Specific Skills Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering or related degree plus 2 years of related experience is required, or in the alternative, Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering or related degree plus 5 years of related experience. Must have successfully passed EIT and PE exam. Must have experience with primary and secondary distribution overhead as well as underground designing for 4kV, 12kV and 34kV. Must have experience working with distribution protection schemes and performing coordination study for different protection equipment. Must have experience performing land surveys from a construction point of view. Must have right of way coordination experience and experience managing and coordinating non electric utility services. Must have experience with engineering software including CYME, GIS, ETAP, PoleForeman, and Ocal. National and local travel required up to 40 of the time. Must have good written and verbal communications skills in English. All applicants must be able to complete preemployment onboarding requirements if selected which may include anyall of the following criminalcivil background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle records search, in compliance with any applicable laws and regulations.
