Experience must include five years of executing risk assessments by using qualitative and quantitative analysis approach based on regulatory risk management frameworks, including NIST Risk Management Framework RMF, Center for Internet Security CIS control framework, and ISOIEC 27001 and 27002 cybersecurity frameworks, to communicate risks to leadership; documenting enterprise IT risk evaluations using Electronic Governance, Risk and Compliance eGRC tool, including RSA Archer, ServiceNow, and Microsoft Sharepoint; conducting gap and maturity assessments on client cyber security environments, proposing remediation recommendations, and coordinating solution implementations; performing vulnerability scanningassessments using static and dynamic tools, including Veracode, Fortify WebInspect, Burpsuite, Qualys, and conducting threat modeling on the identified vulnerabilities using Open Web Application Security Project OWASP Top 10 and STRIDE frameworks; and building customized regulatory compliance frameworks for clients based on National Institute of Standards and Technology NIST cybersecurity framework, Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act HIPAA, Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program FedRAMP, General Data Protection Regulation GDPR, and California Consumer Privacy Act CCPA. Experience must include two years of leading application penetration testing engagements using both proprietary and open source tools, including OpenVas, Nmap, Metasploit, SQL Injector, Rapid7, Wireshark, and Netsparker; utilizing CIST benchmarks to define minimum security baseline controls for various operating systems, including IBM AIX, HP UX, RedHat Enterprise Server, CentOS, and Ubuntu Server; designing and documenting security planscompliance reports for statebased clients based on Center for Medicaid and Medicare Services CMS Minimum Acceptable Risk Standards for Exchanges MARSe 2.0 and 2.2, Internal Revenue Services IRS Pub 1075, and Social Security Administration SSA security questionnaire; performing security testing and assessments on the applications within the cloud environments, including AWS, Salesforce, and Azure; and leading and executing functional security testing activities for Salesforce SaaS based applications. Position requires 80 travel.
