Masters degree in Civil Engineering or related degree, plus six years related experience, or alternatively, Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related degree, plus eight years related experience. Must have PE license or active pursuit of PE certification. Must have experience with engineering design principles and applicable design guides and standards related to water and wastewater treatment AWWA, Florida Building Code, HIS, ANSI, ASCE and ASTM. Must have experience managing large desalinization and municipal water and wastewater treatment projects. Must have experience with factory acceptance testing protocols, and familiarity startup, and commissioning of plant. Must have experience with preparation of project estimated and proposals. National travel required 10 of the time. Must have good written and verbal communications skills in English. All applicants must be able to complete preemployment onboarding requirements if selected, which may include anyall of the following criminalcivil background check, drug screening, and motor vehicle records search, in compliance with any applicable laws and regulations. Applicants for this position must have work authorization that does not now or in the future require employer sponsorship of a visa for employment authorization in the United States i.e., H1B visa, TN visa or any other nonimmigrant status.
