Experience must include three years of preparing and reviewing CCorporations, Partnerships, and high networth individuals federal, state, and international income tax returns; utilizing tax software, including CCH Axcess, OneSource, and GoSystem, to prepare and review federal, state and local, and international income tax filings and calculate estimated tax; utilizing tax research tools, including RIA Checkpoint, BNA, and CCH, to provide tax compliance and consulting services to various clients; preparing and reviewing quarterly estimated tax payments for individuals, corporations, schedule compliance for federal and state income tax returns and state franchise tax; assisting partnerships and high networth individuals with Internal Revenue Service and state tax examinations, and responding to Information Document Requests IDRs and drafting memos to analyze and respond to IDRs and various tax notices; interacting directly with senior management of the tax team and tax clients to discuss tax issue resolution and continuity; assisting with the full lifecycle of engagements, staffing, budgeting, and archiving projects; reviewing and preparing tax returns for partnerships, individuals, and corporations with foreign investments, including Forms 8621, 8938, 5471, and 8804; advising clients on US and international taxation of inbound and outbound investments; and mentoring and coaching junior team members both on site and overseas. In the alternative, the employer is willing to accept a Bachelors degree and five years of experience as stated above.
