Specific Skills Position requires a Bachelors in Engineering with preference towards civil engineering, structural engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, construction engineering or a Bachelors in Construction Management or any related field or foreign equivalent. Plus the following skills Ability to read construction drawings, a detailed understanding of logistical planning; an understanding of risk mitigation practices, management of fragnets, preparations of Time Impact Analyses, periodic cost and resource analysis of performance to identify schedule trends; resource and earned value planning management; understanding of common construction methodologies; use of scheduling softwares for all aspects of project scheduling with preference for Oracle Primavera products; analysis and review of production schedules, engineering specifications, orders, and complex project documents to accurately develop baseline schedules; and analysis and review of progress information, schedule changes, risk planning, cost and resource usage. Skills may be gained through academic coursework or projects and concurrently while pursuing academic studies.
