In addition to learning engineering fundamentals, students are required to participate in rigorous research projects and spend hours completing lab work. Through these programs, they learn how to creatively solve problems, design and implement experiments, and improve processes. In addition, the advancedlevel coursework allows them to examine and understand the theoretical underpinnings of the field.
