Requirements as stated on Form ETA 9141 Requires Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field of study, plus 5 years of progressively responsible and related professional work experience in infrastructure engineering and management to include 5 years of experience in EACH of the following multiple models of VxBlocks and associated components; developing scripts to automate daytoday tasks using each, PowerShell and Python; managing complex infrastructure solutions; working in EACH converged VxBlock and hyper converged VxRail, SolidFire based technologies and developing solutions accordingly; managing orchestration aspects through API scripts and tools, enabling a consistent methodology across UCS instances; setting up and managing SRDFMetro, SRDFS, and SRDFA across multiple data centers; and planning and developing support processes and adhering to best practices. Work from home available. Must reside within commuting distance from employers Kennesaw, GA office. Requires approximately 25 travel to other company worksite locations. Experience may be gained concurrently.br br As listed in Section I.e.23. of this form, the employer has not received payments of any kind from the foreign worker or from any third party, including employers attorney fees. Employer has not received any incentive, inducement to file, or any reimbursement for the cost incurred in preparing or filing of this application.br br Business Necessity Statement Continued from Section H.11 The Infrastructure Architect role requires five 5 years of experience working in EACH converged VxBlock and hyperconverged VxRail, SolidFire based technologies and developing solutions accordingly these technologies make up the core Mohawk IT infrastructure capabilities within the primary data center and the remote datacenters where missioncritical business applications reside. The Infrastructure Architect role requires five 5 years of experience managing orchestration aspects through API scripts and tools, enabling a consistent methodology across UCS instances, This is required because Mohawk operates thousands of servers running business applications throughout the world. It is imperative that all systems are configured properly and operate according to Mohawks policies. These technologies ensure Mohawks systems are configured properly. The Infrastructure Architect role requires five 5 years of experience setting up and managing SRDF Metro, SRDFS, and SRDFA across multiple data centers. These technologies support Mohawk Disaster Recovery plans in the event of failure in the datacenter or cyberattack. The Infrastructure Architect role requires five 5 years of experience planning and developing support processes and adhering to best practices. When designing IT solutions, the infrastructure architect needs to consider how to proper support the systems after they are placed into production. We submit the above to demonstrate that the articulated job duties and requirements bear a reasonable relationship to the Infrastructure Architect position in the context of Mohawk Industries, Inc.s business and are therefore essential to perform the Infrastructure Architect position duties and functions in a reasonable manner.
