This experience level is required to develop the ability to troubleshoot problems, provide potential solutions, and assist in product development in the areas of tribology surface science, powder metallurgy, and electronic materials. This ability is only developed through years of experience. This team is unique in manufacturing, in that it is composed primarily of engineering professionals with this level of experience that are working with new product development, materials innovation, and failure analysis while also guiding large groups of junior engineers, creating an exceptionally effective engineering department for the corporation with only a few specialists.
