The job requirements are absolutely necessary for this particular type and level of position because a Senior Researcher Education Systems is an advanced, seniorlevel position within our structure and develops conceptual frameworkslogic models, leads design of policy, research studies, and evaluations, managesleads mid to large projects or tasks, develops and manages relations with clients, and serves as lead expert. This work involves complex skills that require employees in this position to hold significant relevant experience. The position involves strong research duties which include the use and application of advanced statistical methods, STATA, analysis of largescale data sets, design of experiments and quasiexperiments, quantitative research using advanced methods fixed effects, regression discontinuity, or instrumental variables; such abilities only come with the required minimum level of qualifications. The job requirements bear a reasonable relationship to the occupation of Senior Researcher Education Systems in the context of our business, and the requirements are essential to perform the job in a reasonable manner.
