Specific Skills:Cont. from H.11 build physical models using digital fabrication software and laser cutter for design development and presentations; host project coordination meetings with multidisciplinary consultants, and prepare meeting agenda, and meeting notes; use judgment to determine affective presentation products using 3D modeling and renderings and using Adobe Suite products for Photoshop montage, Illustrator diagrams, Lumion animation, and InDesign presentation board setup; provide ongoing development and support for all sustainable design platforms and work closely with design and delivery leadership to guide the transition from traditional sustainable design processes and standalone environmental analysis practicesbr into integrated design and analysis processes in collaborative work environments; make corrections as indicated by Design Director to inprogress sets of design development and construction documents; maintain LEED credentials with profound LEED knowledge to guide design practices; prepare client and public presentations, workshops, and meetings, using 2D3D CAD and building information modeling programs, including Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, Grasshopper, SketchUp, Lumion, Vray, Enscape, to develop 2D drawing, 3D building computer models, and images, and presentation images; produce planting design and documentation; research and comply with all local landscape codes including C3 Stormwater management requirements, WUCOLS, BayFriendly, and local plant species; coordinate with civil, mechanical, electrical, plumbing MEP, lighting, and structural consultants to incorporate engineering design criteria in design standards and guidelines; produce all types of plans including site layout plan, material plan, furnishing plan, jointing plan, tree planting plan, groundcover planting plan, lighting layout plan etc., and design details from design proposals in construction documents; produce site grading design and documentation for all phases of project; write and review project landscape specifications; process general contractors requests for information RFIs, submittals, and change order requests; conduct site visits, field observation, and meeting to review the progress of construction; apply landscape architectural principles to review all related shop drawings, samples, mockups, and cut sheets on materials equipment.br br Requires Bachelors degree in Landscape Architecture or foreign equivalent plus coursework, internships, or experience to include participating in predesign and all design phases of a variety of domestic, national, and international landscape projects in different scales including mixeduse urban design, brownfield remediation, university campus masterplan, and campus design, waterfront parks, streetscape design, retail and commercial, office campus design and renovation, community parks, playground design, therapy garden, urban plaza design, and public healthcare design projects, including new construction, renovation, parking, site analysis, and program diagramming; developing documents for all phases of landscape design from site analysis, community meeting and design workshopscharrettes, site programming, schematical design, design development, lead design construction documents, and conducting construction administration; meeting with client representatives for presentations and workshops, analysis of goals and needs, and developing programmed space spreadsheets, narrative summaries, adjacency diagrams, and graphic content; researching and complying with domestic and international building codes and regulations; developing site analysis studies requiring site photography, code research, base drawings, and diagrams; participating in precedent studies research on programming, comparable projects, and images and incorporating into landscape architectural designs; Cont. in K.Job 1
