特殊技能:Educationalexperiential requirements Bachelors degree in business administration, economics, finance, or similar discipline and ten years of experience within the infrastructurepower market.br br Skill requirementsbr br Experience in managing renewable energy projects with a deep knowledge of the dynamics of the US power market.br Experience involving a cross functional setting covering investment, fundraising, development, and asset management.br Team or personnel management experience within renewable energy development domain.br Experience with Power Purchase Agreements reviews and negotiations as well as other energy project agreements.br Experience negotiating complex agreements with multiple stakeholders.br Experience involving complex energy regulations, markets, and incentive programs.br Working knowledge of primary SCADA systems such as Norcal.br Detailed knowledge of solar pv performance prediction and monitoring software such as PVSyst and Nispera.br Direct construction management and operational management experience of onshore wind, offshore wind, solar pv, biomass, and waste to energy utility scale projects.br Project finance and tax equity finance experience and proficiency managing lender syndicates and tax equity providers.br Working knowledge of HSE regulations and proficiency in driving multifunctional teams to achieve world class standards of HSE performance.br In depth understanding of management accounting, PL, and balance sheets and experience in managing the creation of financial asset management teams and the implementation of accounting systems such as Sage and Quickbooks.br Proficiency in managing the annual external financial audit process across multiple renewable energy projects.br br Intermittent domestic and international travel.
