特殊技能:Must have at least 1 year of prior work experience in each of the following 1.Using protein characterization methods with analytical techniques including HPLCUPLC, osmometer, MFI, HIAC, DSC, DLS, and Viscometry. 2.Using multiple drug product configurations including liquid vials, syringes, lyophilized products, and combination products. 3.Using multiple administration routes including subcutaneous, intraocular, and intravenous. 4.Designing and overseeing execution by CROs and CMOs and driving formulation development projects for proteinbased therapeutic candidates including monoclonal antibodies, fusion proteins, and recombinant proteins. 5.Authoring and reviewing protocols, technical reports, and SOPs. 6.Developing protein therapeutics including formulation, drug substance and drug product development, analytical development and stability testing, and upstream and downstream processing. 7.Supporting drug product investigations, and developing and executing experiments in the laboratory.br br Position requires 10 international travel, fully reimbursed by employer.br br Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training or experience
