Requires a Masters degree in Finance, Mathematics, or a related field, plus 2 years of professional quantitative research experience in the financial investment industry. Employer will also accept a Bachelors degree in Finance, Mathematics, or a related field, plus 5 years of professional quantitative research experience in the financial investment industry. Must include 2 years of experience with each of the following Equity portfolio construction and optimization; Portfolio risk forecasting and performance analysis using Barra or PCA; quantitative key performance indicators; quantitative development using Python with data analysis packages including pandas or numpy; SQL; research and analysis using statistical models, machine learning techniques, and linear algebra; Microsoft Excel or VBA.
