特殊技能:NOTE to Analyst The Employer will accept at least a Masters degree orbr foreign educational equivalent in Electrical Engineering or relevant technicalbr discipline such as Electrical Engineering and Information Technology orbr Materials Science. The Employer will also accept any job title where employeebr gained experience in the skills listed below.br br One year of experience, gained at any time, which must have involvedbr developing and optimizing semiconductor devices for properties such as contactbr resistance, oncurrent, and OnOff Ratio; optimizing semiconductor processbr parameters using techniques such as design of experiments; designing and layingbr out test structures using computer design software; developing programs andbr scripts for electric device testing using Labview, Matlab, or similar;br characterizing electronic devices with DC and RF measurements such as IV andbr CV; analyzing material characterization data including SEM, AFM, and Ramanbr data; compiling and statistically evaluating measurement data including mean,br standard deviation, and variance; and performing heterogeneous integrationbr techniques e.g., micro transfer printing to achieve higher systembr integration. Must have solid oral, written, and presentation communicationbr skills to efficiently communicate across a global organization where success isbr highly dependent on collaboration and effective communication. May work frombr home 2 days per week.
