The first occurred on March 3, 2022, the last occurred on January 9, 2023. In total, 257 employees were terminated during these layoffs. On August 9th, 2022, LivePerson reached out to 19 former employees to inform them of the job opportunity included in this application. On November 18, 2022, LivePerson reached out to an additional 17 former employees to inform them of the job opportunity included in this application. There were no qualified or potentially qualified individuals terminated during the January 9, 2023 layoff so no notification was necessary. LivePerson reached out to these individuals based on the job family that they had previously been employed in and their skillset. For example, the Software Developer job family includes SDEI, SDEII, and SDEIII.br Former employees were contacted through their last know email address provided to the company. In the email, LivePerson provided a full job description for the job opportunity included in this application and provided instructions on where to send a resume to apply. Of the 36 former employees that were contacted, there were no resumes received for the job opportunity listed in this application.
