特殊技能:Bachelor degree in Science or Business or related field or foreign equivalent degree and 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry and drug development in all phases of development including experience within related functions e.g. Clinical Science, Clinical Operations, Research, Regulatory, CMC, Marketing. The 5 years should include 3 years program management experience leading pharmaceutical projects in a multidisciplinary, global environment. REQUIRED SKILLS Manage global drug development program teams to build asset strategy and ensure execution of the plan; Provide program timeline, budget and resource management leveraging IT tools including Microsoft Project, ThinkCell, Smartsheet, Resource management system data to track progress and analyze data; Implement program management toolsplatforms leveraging Microsoft SharePoint Microsoft Project to provide project management platformstool kit for the Program teams and enable data utilization for portfolio level analysis; Manage clinical trial by contributing to clinical protocol creation, clinical site initiation and monitoring, communication with investigator and site staff to ensure timely execution of the clinical study and delivery of high quality data.
