Given the telecommuting nature of the proffered position at Employer, this new work location of 66 Mineola Ave., Suite 1355, Roslyn Heights, NY 11577 was designated as the primary worksite for purposes of completing Section H.1 and Section H.2 because Roslyn Heights, NY and the telecommuting nature of the proffered role were advertised to the general U.S. labor force as part of Employers prefiling recruitment campaign.
