Must also have two 2 years of related work experience involving each of the followingbr Developing topdownbottomup comprehensive financial models to assess viability and return on investment ROI of various health plan and health provider strategic initiatives to drive decisionmaking process at the executive level;br Utilizing data mining, data visualization, and predictive modeling tools, including Structured Query Language SQL, Python, Microsoft MS Excel and Tableau, to produce analysis;br Running project management office duties, including managing client communications, tracking risks, actions, issues and decisions, and developing escalation path for problem resolution within engagements, utilizing milestone tracking tools developed within MS Excel and MS PowerPoint with status reports and dashboards to effectively communicate overall programworkstream status to client leadership teams;br Performing largescale transformation initiatives around strategy, implementation, and operations, including market entry assessment, product launch implementation, data and analytics improvement, and valuebased care transformation;br Identifying and recording key deadlines for workstream in the engagement to ensure clear communication, organization, and coordination between multiple parties, utilizing MS Office Suite;br Searching and mining large data sets to discover meaningful patterns, trends and relationships to identify success measures and analysis;br Creating business case decision models and customer financial models to optimize operational productivity and forecasting; andbr Validating assumptions applied in projections and performing Assumptions, Detail, Loss Recognition, and Cash Flow testing in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles GAAP and Statutory STAT regulations to test key actuarial reserve balances.br br 50 Travel required nationally.br Telecommuting permitted.
