Employer acknowledges and accepts this education equivalency and degree and confirms Beneficiary meets its education requirement. The Employer acknowledges that the Beneficiary also meets the Employers experience requirement of 6 years experience in the Related Occupation after 07182014, when he earned the equivalent of this US Bachelors degree by working full time, at Costain Group first as a Graduate Quantity Surveyor from 08182014 to 03312016 1 year 7 months 14 days and then as a Quantity Surveyor from 04012016 to 02242017 10 months 24 days; and at Turner Townsend first from 03062017 to 04302018 as a Consultant 1 year 1 months 25 days and then from 05012018 to 10312020 2 years 6 months as a Senior Consultant jobs not substantially comparable to the PERM position of Associate Director for a total of 6 years 2 month 1 day of experience performing all job duties listed in the Related Occupation at H10B described above after receiving the equivalent of the US Bachelors degree on 07182014.
