Specific Skills Masters degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences and Technology, Pharmaceutical Engineering, or a highly related field of study Will accept a Bachelors degree in the above fields with five years of related progressive experience in lieu of a Masters degree each alternative educational requirement with at least 2 years of experience in i utilizing statistical knowledge and skills e.g. capability analysis or design of experiments DOE methodologies; ii hotmelt twinscrew extrusion of drugpolymer mixtures with surfactants, including calendaring, milling and pelletization; iii applying knowledge of materials science to solve complex drug processing and quality challenges, specifically related to particle technology; iv designing experiments around measurement and manipulation of material properties to influence processability and drug product quality, as well as unit operation design focusing on extrusion and granulation technologies; and v MS Office tools including Excel, Sharepoint, PowerPoint and Word. 10 travel required. Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience related to the job opportunity.
