特殊技能:Minimum Requirementsbr Publications in peerreviewed reproductive and or medical journals and experience giving oral presentations at national and international conferencesbr Experience withbr o Working with testicular tissue, including the structure and cell type composition of the testis, and experience with the identification of testicular pathologiesbr o Working with animal models both in vivo and ex vivobr o Collection and histological analysis of testicular tissue, including immunohistochemistry and immunofluorescence assaysbr o Microscopy and image analysisbr o Molecular biology assays, including RNAprotein extraction and quantification, Western Blotting, and SUnSET assaybr o RNAseq analysis and programming languages required for data analysis e.g. R, C or Pythonbr o Cell culturesbr o Basic experimental techniques used in human molecular genetics, including DNA extraction, purification and electrophoresis, and Sanger sequencingbr br Experience may be gained as part of or concurrently with education.br br This position, while using cell and molecular biology knowledge and skills, is not a combination of occupations as it is exclusively used to carry out the duties of a medical scientist as opposed to a general cell and molecular biologist working in nonmedical research.
