Specific Skills Bachelors degree, or foreign equivalent, in Graphic Design, Visual Design, Human Computer Interaction, Computer Science, Engineering any field, Art, or a related discipline and five years of progressively responsible experience in user experience design or information architect.br br Experience with each of the following requiredbr 1. 5 years of experience creating software design solutions and scalable dynamic user interfaces for largescale, multitiered platforms using web design principles and technologies, including wireframe applications, Photoshop, Axure, HTML or prototyping tools.br 2. Any amount of experience developing a design language and system for interaction behavior with visuals and motion graphics.br 3. 5 years of experience collaborating with developers for implementation of designs.br 4. 5 years of experience in Sketch, Illustrator, Photoshop or other prototyping software.br 5. 5 years of experience rationalizing designs across crossfunctional groups.br 6. Fluency in best practices for mobile and webbased information architecture and design, as well as strong knowledge of usability principles and techniques.br br Section H.14 defines the experience and skills that a qualified candidate must possess to meet the actual minimum requirements for the position.
