Specific Skills Requirementsbr br Bachelors degree or higher in mathematics, computer science, information systems, engineering any field, finance, accounting, business administration or related field, plus at least five 5 years of postdegree, progressively responsible experience in any related positions advising clients on new capital planning stress testing requirements.br br Qualified applicants must also have demonstrable knowledge, proficiency, experience, and skill working with the followingbr br 1. Developing methods for banks to measure, manage, and comply with regulatory capital requirements across various approaches of the Basel Accord including Basel I YH, Basel II Advance, Basel III Advance and Standardized, and associated Capital Adequacy.br 2. Stress Testing Regulations including CCAR, DFAST, and supplemental supervisory guidance.br 3. Developing methods to determine risk parameters regarding wholesale, retail, and counterpart exposures.br 4. Developing methods to perform detailed capital calculations including methods to perform credit risk mitigation for credit and counterparty credit exposures on and off the balance sheet.br 5. Performing detailed analysis of the CCAR FR Y14 reports in accordance with the regulation and identifying any gaps for remediation.br 6. Performing proof of concept, implementation of leading technology solutions used for regulatory capital calculations and reporting in U.S. jurisdiction.br 7. Performing stress testing, scenario analysis, and result aggregation across key risk types, including market risk, credit risk and operational risk.br 8. Managing review and delivery of project deliverable; performing project management experience including the full life cycle of the engagement, from proposal to completion.br br 15 domestic travel required. Position is projectbased on longterm assignments at various unanticipated work sites within the U.S., and relocation may be required at the end of each longterm project. Work from home benefit may be available, depending on the project requirements.
