Specific Skills Must have a Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a closely related field plus 8 years of progressive experience in business analyst or consulting positions with the following working in one or more of the following areas Project Management, Business Process Management, Relationship Management, Business Operations, Quality Management; planning, facilitating, eliciting, documenting and managing business, functional and technical requirements; leading analysis and design of technical solutions for Equity Trading and Regulatory initiatives; writing SQL Queries and advanced Microsoft Office capabilities to extract transactions data from multiple data sources to transform the data using predefined rules; writing stories and estimating efforts to maintain the velocity of the Scrum and Kanban Team; facilitating User Acceptance Testing with end users and third party solution providers utilizing internal testing tool HP Quality Center; managing deployment of Equity Sales and Trading Algorithmic Trading solutions to align with ongoing business expansion requiring collaboration with multiple Third Party vendors; leading process reengineering for Equity products from Trade Initiation through Clearing and Settlement; and demonstrating proficiency in Waterfall SDLC; Agile andor Lean Methodologies; and Microsoft Office. In the alternative employer will accept 10 years of experience in business analyst or related positions with the aforementioned. Must be a Certified SAFe Practitioner. Position may work remotely but is based out of and reports to Truist offices in San Francisco, CA. Must be available to travel to San Francisco, CA regularly for meetings and reviews with manager and project teams within 24hours notice.
