Specific Skills:Must have two 2 years of experience working on both architectural and interior design in design firm environment. The two 2 years of design experience must include experience with all of the following 1. AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop; 2. Sketchup by hand using pencil, pen, and markers; 3. Prepare full Design Development sets in Revit; 4. Work on both architectural and interior space planning; 5. Work on the core and shell of a building, including experience with elevator units and curtain walls; 6. Conceptualize and develop project design concepts for commercial office buildings, mixed use buildings, and multifamily building typologies; 7. Working knowledge of sustainable building practices; 8. Utilize building, fire, Title 24 and planning codes; 9. Work on construction detailing, material selection and specification AND 10. Coordinate multiple aspects of client, team, and project coordination, including full documentation coordination with structural, MEP, lighting, AV, landscape, civil consultants, and working directly with contractors. In the alternative, we will accept a Bachelors Degree or foreign equivalent in Architecture or related field, plus five 5 years of progressive postbachelors degree design experience working on both architectural and interior design in design firm environment. Two 2 years of the five 5 years of progressive design experience must include experience with all of the following 1. AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop; 2. Sketchup by hand using pencil, pen, and markers; 3. Prepare full Design Development sets in Revit; 4. Work on both architectural and interior space planning; 5. Work on the core and shell of a building, including experience with elevator units and curtain walls; 6.
