Specific Skills Position requires a Bachelors degree, or foreign equivalent, in Economics, Finance, or a closely related field of study, plus 5 years of experience in the job offered, or as a Senior AssetLiability Management Analyst, or similar position in institutional asset management, investment accounting, financial planning, insurance companies, or actuarial field. Must have 5 years of experience in asset management within an asset management firm or investment management within an insurance company. Specific experience must also include 5 years with each of the following working with Zurich Global Investment Management ZGIM systems, processes, and tools to coordinate complex strategic and tactical analyses, investment decisions, and implementation objectives; conducting regional investment governance based on local investment strategy, risk appetite and guidelines of each individual insurance company; working with regulatory agencies and requirements, including US state regulations, Swiss regulations FINMA, and Bermuda regulations BMA; introducing changes in investment strategy and risk appetite, driven by changes in equity markets, interest rates, inflation, and economic impacts; performing AssetLiabilityManagement to mitigate unrewarded market risks; performing strategic and tactical asset allocation and efficient use of capital; working with portfolio construction and asset manager oversight to achieve alpha objectives; and assembling and reviewing complex investment data to provide technical insurance investment guidance and recommendation as subject matter expert. Must hold Chartered Financial Analyst quot;CFAquot; designation. Must be willing to occasionally travel within the U.S. Option to work remotely is available.
