Specific Skills
Position requires a Bachelor#x19;s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, or a closely related field of study, plus 7 years of experience in the job offered, or as a Senior Business Systems Analyst, Practice Systems Manager, Programmer Analyst, or similar position in insurance claim operations or technical business analysis. Must have 3 years of operational or legal experience with insurance claims. Specific experience must also include working in the legal or insurance industry developing technical solutions for claims management; working with insurance claim workflows and procedures; working on the Policy Core, Claims Core, or Billing Core of the Exigen Insurance Solutions EIS, Guidewire, or similar technology platforms; working with agile project management methodology; managing dependencies, risks, and timelines across complex multiproject deliverables; building relationships and influencing others across various levels of the organization; utilizing analytical and stakeholder management and relationship building skills; and working in fastpaced, ambiguous, and changing environment. Must be willing to occasionally travel within the U.S. Option to work remotely from anywhere in the U.S. with required travel to the San Francisco, CA headquarters on an as needed basis.
