Building test cases and leading testing and validation for data and UI functionality;br 4. Analyzing technical systems to identify data sources and integrating with other systems to create unified integrated dataset from different data sources for enabling HR Analytics that leverage data from Hive, Salesforce, or Workday;br 5. Design presentations and infographics for HR reviews used for executive level to provide concise, insightful narrative consistently to identify actionable story points and drive action from HR team;br 6. Defining strategic HR Analytics and research roadmap, and working with team of data analysts to deliver analytical solutions based on the roadmap;br 7. Leading the development of data models to enable predictive analytics Regression analysis, AB Testing, Chi Square, or Clustering Analysis using Tableau, Python or R programming; andbr 8. Responding to all reporting requests and deliverables, and manage scheduled delivery of recruiting metricsinsights reports for various business units ensuring top class customer service.
