Experience must include four years of advising companies on their withholding and reporting obligations in multinational jurisdictions; assisting companies with processing and operating share plans and designing incentive plans, including the taxation of share plans for internationally mobile employees who work in multiple jurisdictions, and ensuring companies meet their compliance obligations; assisting companies with identifying tax equalization implications of crossborder taxation matters for mobile employees with equity compensation plans; implementing and utilizing technology tools to calculate employer tax withholding and reporting obligations, including international mobile employees equity transactions; developing technology solutions to help clients manage their global compliance obligations related to equitybased compensation; utilizing global incentives technology tools and leading innovation projects to improve tax compliance technology solutions for equity compensation sourcing; assisting with project financials and billing processes for engagements; and mentoring junior staff and interns and collaborating with both on and offshore teams on the compliance process workflows.br br From H.10B due to character limitation Tax Manager or related occupation gaining experience assisting clients with complex tax matters relating to equitybased compensation.
