Specific Skills This role requires a Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Information Technology, or a related field, plus 5 years of related professional experience. Alternatively, Employer will accept a Masters degree in the aforementioned fields, plus 2 years of relatedbr professional experience. Prior knowledge andor experience in the following is also required experience performing in depth log analysis using multiple data sources to identify and triage the triggered detection; experience working with various teams Data science, solution architect,br etc. to build and validate new rules and detections; experience acting as incident commander for high impact cyber security investigations; experience using SIEM tools like Kibana, Splunk, AlienVault, or similar to monitor the environment and act on immediate threats; experiencebr performing threat hunts based on indicators of compromise obtained from various sources as well as behavior based threat hunts; experience correlating open source intelligence from multiple providers and map it to an internal security environment to protect the company from potential threats; experience using EDR tools like Crowdstrike, Carbon Black, Sentinel One, or similar; experience using email security tools like Proofpoint; advanced working knowledge of firewalls like Cisco ASA, Palo Alto PAN, or similar; experience working with business stakeholders, understanding business requirements, and conveying the results of analytical investigations to nontechnical audiences; and experience creating data visualizations with ingested data to generate reports for respective audiences using tools like ELK, Tableau, or similar.
