Specific Skills Must have a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering, or a foreign equivalent and 2 years of experience in the job offered or a substantially similar position performing the following duties reviewing validation test plans and providing questions, comments, and guidance to the product teams to ensure validation test plan documentation is robust; performing validation testing, based on the test methods and requirements specified in the product validation test plan; writing validation test reports, detailing the validation test methods performed and the observed behavior of the product being tested; assisting the design teams with root cause analysis when nonconformances are discovered and corrective action implementation to address nonconformances; and participating in working groups for implementation of corrective or preventive actions to address quality or efficiency concerns. Must have two years of experience using the following equipment and tools to conduct the above listed duties specialized Radio Frequency RF Generation Equipment, RF Signal Generators, Spectrum Analyzers, EMI receivers, Digital Oscilloscopes, Digital Multimeters, Power Supplies, FunctionArbitrary Waveform Generators, and Microsoft Word and Excel.
