Specific Skills Must have three 3 years of design experience with all of the following 1 Strategic development of workflows and processes in BIM. 2 Design Technology and Building Information Modeling BIM software AutoCAD, Rhino, Navisworks, FormIt, Autodesk Revit Architecture, Sketchup; 3 Computational Design applications Dynamo and Grasshopper, and Project Management software Newforma; 4 Analysis software for daylight simulation and lighting design; 5 Model Coordination between Architectural, MEP and Structural models; 6 Design Visualization applications Enscape, Twinmotion, and Vray; 7 Cloud platforms for collaboration BIM 360, sharepoint, Teams; AND 8 Working experience in large scale Healthcare, Mission Critical, Education, Mix Use Retail, Residential, High Rise and Interior Fit Out projects. In the alternative, we will accept a bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Architecture, or related field, plus five 5 years of progressive postbachelors degree design experience.
