Specific Skills:Must have ten 10 years of experience with developing and executing consumer goods package innovation and cost savings programs, including consumer ideation, development, testing and execution through commercialization; working and collaborating with crossfunctional project teams, including Engineering, Supply Chain, Product Development, Procurement and MarketingSales; developing packaging equipment technologies, including vertical form fill, horizontal form fill, cartoning, rigid technologies thermoform, injection mold, blow molding and material compatibility; providing technical guidance to suppliers across materials, equipment and goto market systems; and project management experience to drive organizational alignment and project prioritization. Must have five 5 years of experience with applying industrial design principles to consumer goods package development to enable concept evolution through manufacturing scalability; leading and developing package consumer testing; evaluating consumer preference or performance results in physical, analytical, and consumer testing; management experience developing team technical capabilities and aligning to organization strategy for growth, including identification and exploration of future pipeline technical opportunities. Must have three 3 years of experience building and managing a global packaging and prototyping specific design lab that creates prototypes and consumer facing models. Travel required 15 of the time.
